At Rythukart, we are committed to delivering quality agricultural products to your doorstep. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of many of our items, we follow a specific return and exchange policy to ensure fairness and transparency.


Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Products once delivered are not eligible for return, unless there is a quality issue, mismatch, or if a defective/damaged/expired product is received.

  • In case of a valid concern, we offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

  • Exchanges are processed only if the delivery location is serviceable by our logistics partners.


Key Conditions for Exchange or Replacement

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for initiating any replacement request. This helps us validate claims fairly.

  • All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period may not be entertained.

  • Requests must be supported with proof of purchase such as invoice or order ID.

  • Products must be sent back to our designated address after contacting our support team. Do not send items to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or tampered packs of seeds, fertilizers, or perishable goods.

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" during sale or promotions.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
